Our Promise
We take great pride in offering jewellery designed to accompany you beautifully, with a spark of brilliance. If you have any questions regarding your return, our team is always here to assist you with warmth, clarity, and exceptional service.
If, for any reason, your purchase is not quite what you hoped, we are pleased to offer 14-day returns within the UK, beginning from the moment your parcel is delivered or collected from your nominated address.
Our pieces are crafted with care and considered detail, and we kindly ask that returned items are treated with the same respect.
Return Requirements
To ensure a smooth return experience:
- Jewellery must be in its original condition, free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Items returned by post must include all original packaging: including pouches, boxes, tags, and any accompanying materials - to guarantee safe transit and inspection.
- For jewellery sold as part of a set, we are only able to accept returns when the full set is returned together. Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned separately for refund, credit, or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and care:
- Earrings are non-returnable unless found to be faulty upon arrival.
- Earrings purchased or used as part of a piercing service are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.
Faulty Items
In the rare event that your piece arrives less than perfect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will be delighted to assist you in arranging a replacement or resolution, handled with the utmost care and discretion.
Unauthorised Returns & Policy Misuse
To protect the integrity of our craftsmanship and the fairness of our service, we reserve the right to decline any unauthorised or ineligible returns. This includes, but is not limited to, bespoke or personalised pieces, and any jewellery that does not meet our return requirements.
In such cases, the item will be returned to the sender, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for return parcels that are rejected, misdirected, abandoned, or returned without approval, and we will not be able to process refunds for such items.This measure ensures that we may continue to serve all clients with fairness, clarity, and exceptional care.
